Welcome to the website of the Association of Humanistic Rabbis.
The Association of Humanistic Rabbis (AHR) was founded in 1967 by rabbis committed to the values and teachings of a humanistic perspective in Jewish life. The purpose of the AHR is to support the values of the movement of Secular Humanistic Judaism, a human-centered approach to Jewish life and culture. AHR members are dedicated to promoting the on-going learning, fellowship and welfare of its members.
